Matt contacted me directly and told me that this is going to be implemented. I'm not entirely sure why he didn't just respond to the thread I posted in the feature request section of their forums with this information and closed the thread.
Deleting my thread without notification/infraction/contact is what really got me going. I'm going to make sure this is clear:
1. I'm not trying to damage WHMCS, you will find that I very openly promote WHMCS every chance I get.
2. I'm not trying to bash WHMCS in this post but simply trying to gauge whether this is an issue for just me or many individuals.
3. Had WHMCS simply let me know why the thread was deleted, or done the easiest thing which is to respond to the thread and then close it - I wouldn't have felt the need to post it somewhere else.
4. WHMCS is great because they listen to their customer's feedback requests - just make sure you don't outright delete them when they are legitimate requests without at least letting the thread starter know why.
