I leased a server yesterday towards 9PM, almost a day later and I still did not get any admin login info via email. All I got is the Paypal receipt of the transaction and an email saying that all important info was going to be sent to my secondary email.

But I got NOTHING yet.

In fact no email works on vpsville, I opened 2 support tickets, nothing happened, I don't even get a confirmation saying the ticket was sent…NOTHING.

Then I tried to login to the vpsville account panel, of course I need a password, which I don't have YET, but there is a link "Lost Password", so I clicked on it and set the email, NOTHING again, I don't get ANYTHING after processing that "get me that password for crying out loud button".

When I try to retrieve the ticket, we can set our email to RETRIEVE the support ticket, but that also does NOTHING....

WOW!!!

Then I register onto the vpsville forum, after the registration guess what, yes I need to click on a email to activate the account, that would be nice because at least I can post and ask for help, BUT NO, I don't receive the freaking email so I can't confirm the account thus NO HELP from there either…

In all, NOTHING on the entire line…

What's happening with the email? Is this how vpsville do business?
For a new customer it sure looks bad to start with… and for sure being Canadian is a shame at the moment, being represented by crap like this.

For me to find a freaking unrelated website in order to try to communicate with ANYONE representing vpsville.ca is almost unbelievable, UNBELIEVABLE.

I paid and received the Paypal receipt, where or when I get this VPS?

I am keeping myself for NOT swearing, for not being to offensive and especially for not accusing to much before I know what's happening… however…you can imagine.

oh! vpsville buddy, if you see this, get moving it's not funny.
