Somone told me that I should create completely new email and put it in Whois info and not make this public elsewhere. That way I could see exactly how much spam can be received due to email display on Whois. But I just didn't have the time to practise this.

I would like to hear some suggestions?
I like privacy because of possible identity theft and domain theft. I'm thinking about using a leased mail box at a physical address and a dedicated email address. I'm not sure if I could just use my initials as the name.
