Client Exec is a great start. And for a few dollars more, you can get WHMCS (which is simliar). You can automate much of what you're trying to do. Time is money! The more time you have to spend going through stuff, the less time you have for marketing or time with family etc. Automate yourself toward freedom (you'll never get there, but it's nice to try)
