- How long have they been in business?
- How do they plan on supporting YOUR venture?
- Do they have a Business Continuity Plan?
- Define "Managed Services"
- What do the reviews say on them?

As with any service you will find its going to have its up's and down's. You just need to make sure the ups out weigh the downs.
