Unfortunately since you can't access the server via the web, attaching a screen shot of that (and linking it to your server) means that we can't view it either Can you attach it here to the forum, or can you post on an outside network?

For two quick checks to maybe resolve the issue;
Check that if you have a firewall port 80 is OPEN on the machine. Also check that your router is allowing outside networks to access that IP - it sounds like it's being blocked when entering the network, probably a setting in your switch/router.
