i would need to host my own 5 domains with:

1 whm for main account
cpanel for each domain
(not as add-ons or sub-domains)

total for 5 domains:
150 mb webspace
7 gb bandwith (at least)

private cgi-bin
webmail
pop/stmp mail

99.5% uptime
fast servers (web sites located in spain)
good service, as this seems difficult to find

possibility to pay monthly, about 6$
no set up fees

no resellers or new hosts please
