Has anyone ever gotten a gift, even something small from a client before? We just received something in the mail from a client (who happened to be on the other side of the coast). We have never gotten a gift before, and it had a note that said to share with the office during downtime. Not sure if we should return it or not.

Note - I should also point out that the client shot and email off and said it was for awesome customer service.
