Here in the States, you're legally obligated to make people aware you're an LLC, such as in the TOS/AUP.

Although we don't NEED to present it everywhere, i.e. our letterheads, website logo, etc, we do, just because we ARE an LLC.

Even Carsey-Werner, a very famous television syndication company puts "LLC" in their logo.
