It's interesting that you bring up Hostgator and their Terms and Conditions concerning unlimited. Your own Terms of Services state that you have bandwidth allocations depending on plans, but I'm not finding those allocations listed anywhere on your site. Then it goes on to discuss termination policy based on violations of that assigned allocation. Am I missing something?
