We left nocster for ev1 about 3 months ago. There were about 3 times in 4 months that our server was unaccessible for 3-4 hours, and for no reason. Even emergency tickets weren't answered fast. So far ev1 has been fast with a response to every contact, and no downtime at all. I'm a happy person
