Sorry, without doing a shameless plug (so not listing the name of parent company or site in question), that site w/o support offers one very discounted package (just to see if any customers were actually interested in it). And was only designed for "experienced" resellers.

My company (well, the parent company) that does the majority of hosting actually provides 24/7 support via toll free number, TT system with a current monthly average of 56 minutes resolution, email, aim, icq, msn, and yahoo messenger support...etc...

My point "rant/complaint/suggestion for people to watch out for" are hosts that claim to provide support, but don't...
