I've had access to the beta for a while and honestly, it is very limited in terms of features and customization. I wouldn't be able to put it against any of the key players right now.
That being said, it is early days still so it might change given time. They might be testing the waters with this product to see if it has enough demand. After all, FreshDesk did have a live chat software before but they discontinued it a while back. If it was discontinued due to minimal usage among their clients, it makes sense to start small and expand as the demand proves itself.
