Maybe its silly, but I think HD will be better targeted and at the same time subject-separated if Cobalt Server Forum was to become a subfolder of the Technical & Security Issues forum.

After all, members are talking about the same tech issues.

Just like there are 3 related sub-forums in the related to hosting Products/Services Offers & Requests forum.
