We personally use WHM/CPanel and RedHat Enterprise Linux, and so far none of it has given me problems and is pretty stable. Also, WHM/CPanel supports all RHEL releases. I am using it myself

In regards to Plesk, I find that it may be easy but it is certainly not powerful. I've switched from Plesk to CPanel and its been going great. Plesk is kinda buggy and it barly has any options at all. CPanel might be a bit harder to understand but once you understand you won't regret you got it.
