So far we have seen you portray Site5 as an Evil company. Matt and his team, to my knowledge, have respectable status and reputation within the industry.
Could you please post the screenshots of your tickets, especially the one where you received this statement: "You are not being ignored, I am currently trying to find the status of your ticket. However, if you wish I'll stop my efforts." I would like to see what has made a technical support representative to respond that way.
