25 is not a child yes ill go with that but to me anyone in their 20s is still what ide call a kid and im sure many others would too..

but anyways im not saying theyre evil.. they just have pretty bad customer service or a few bad employees.. when it takes 9 and a half hours to get a response.. and that was not a response to my ticket.. that was just a response to a post of mine in their forum.. i figured nobody was looking at the thread anymore so i posted in a completely different section of the forum.. heres the private messages..

if its that obvious to him that i posted again about the same problem then he obviously was reading them and knew what was going on and didnt do anything about it.. if something is difficult and u cant fix it right away thats completely understandable.. but u dont just ignore the person in the mean time.. u send them a message and let them know its gonna take a while... but apparently that wasnt the case.. they were either ignoring me or theyre just incompetent.

either way im just letting u guys know what im gong through so u can decide for yourselves.. maybe this was just unfortunate that i ran into these people right away.. maybe i wont have anymore problems.. hopefully that will be the case.. im sure most other webhosts out there r a lot worse.. the whole time i was searching forums for a good webhost all i could think about is how no matter who i end up going with there will most likely be problems.. like any companies u sign up with...
