I am actually looking into this right now, alongside working with Mark on integrating IntelloDesk at HD.
I can't make guarantees that I will suceed, so if that doesn't work for me, it will definitely work for Jose when he goes online.

EDIT: We can perhaps allow members with at least 200 posts to use Avatars for now without any membership time length limitations?
