The support is GREAT! Anytime you have a problem you can pick up the phone and call them. They answer within a minute or 2 usually, and the problem is addressed and usually fixed right then! They are always friendly and helpful. I have yet to get an email from them that I felt was some canned response, they actually work FOR YOU!
The prices are great too, under priced I would say! All servers come with at least 1600gb bandwidth. I have a 3.0ghz ht with 8mb cache with them, and I COULD get it cheaper somewhere else, but the quality of service I receive from LiquidWeb is worth EVERY PENNY!
