I personally feel it needs a redesign, plus, upgrades make people THINK there are more updates. Probably it's something stupid, but it does count. Anyways, ignore the update vBulletin suggestion, but take into consideration a redesign, I really feel it's a bit messy the homepage and in my mind it says "Hmmm, looks like this is not too good, let's check another web hosting forum". Anyways, I don't have anything against HD, I like it, althought, yes, it would be nice to have more people.
