Here is the problem I see with this. You just said you spoke with
old employees, and the
ex owner. They cannot speak for managed.com as far as I can see, based on those statements.
Additionally, the logo is clearly the same, and you simply cannot take someone's brand identity without them getting a slight perturbed.
I actually think it might be interesting to hear managed.com's
current owner's view on this thread.
