Agreed, it goes on all my Windows machines by default.

Photoshop is my favorite for editing, but if you are on a budget, Gimp works well. Gimpshop ( http://www.gimpshop.net/ )is a pretty cool derivative of Gimp where the layout is changed to be like Photoshop's (one window, toolbar layouts). Very helpful if you are used to Photoshop.
