They did not notify me via my 10 sites I have through them, and the updrage is suppose to be moving the sites to a new server. Sorry but I have never heard of a company taking down old server tranfer files and then bring up new ones.

I just searched google for a review on google about hosting-pp.com due to the exact same problem. My site has been down since friday and things got a little fishy after they stopped replying to my 'trouble tickets'. Safe to say i'm looking for a new host, I never needed that much space anyway. Lucky I only wasted $4 for a months service (well I say month, I probably had a good 3 days of uptime
)
...Yeah I signed up just for that.
