The result of the search was pretty much just the frozenmidnight home page (which was down, being the reason I did the search in the first place) and this thread.

Since their site is down, I have no idea what has happened to the company; they may be doing website renovations, or maybe Jamie's just made off with his customers' money. I have no way of knowing, since the toll-free numbers have never worked, and Jamie is never online anymore (according to my friend).

The bottom line is that whatever the case, it's been like 4 months of downtime, with next to no feedback. We'd had a support ticket going for a while, but we got no answers and eventually F.M. just deleted the ticket, as well as any new ones we tried to open. This is not something you want to deal with. :P
