One situation I've also had myself is hackers! Basically a bunch of guys, PMing each other on WHEN to spam the place, or how they will start off with hacking any exploits. I take the THREAT of any forums I own or staff at VERY seriously. It's a place for others to enjoy their time at, not a place to be worried about being hacked and losing information such as their IP.

Again, no hard feelings Blue, I suppose we have differen't veiws of things. I don't mind that, not everyone can see things the same way it seems. Much like the war going on these days..
