I would say Regfee. Unless you develop it and use it as your hosting name, it won't be worth much. Also, since it's a UK extention, it won't sell easily in the US or CAN.

I myself, am not to keen on .co.uk extentions, so personally I would never really buy them. However, I'm sure others out there will disagree.
