We do not offer VPS plans without cPanel at this time. We will be adding Plesk as a control panel option in the future, but we don't have any plans to offer VPS without a control panel. The reason is that we provide a very high level of support, and in order to do so, we need to limit the scope of the software we deal with in order to have a high level of proficiency. It wouldn't be possible to offer the level of service we do in an environment where we would have to support a basically limitless number of applications and install combinations.

Fantastico is $1/month if you choose to add it on. The price listed is without Fantastico.

Virtuozzo is the virtualization software which we use to divide the servers up into VPSs, so it is an essential part of the offering. The Power Panel comes built into Virtuozzo.
