I wouldn't recommend using Fedora Core for any server environments for a couple of reasons. First, it is a development OS so it isn't going to be as stable as RHE/CentOS. Second, the lifecycle (how long updates come out for) of Fedora is about 1 year whereas RHE/CentOS is 7 years.
