3 changes from my point of view.

1. Make it more clear that it is a Support Forum and not a promotional forum. Maybe note it on the logo.

2. How about a "Network Status" forum where you add reports on uptime/downtime, planned outgages, etc.

3. No need for a Billing/Accounting forum to be on a public forum. Too much private and sensitive exposure.
