I'm not sure where you are located, but in the US you can try doing something like this.

Get a Tradename in your state under your business name, which can usually be in your name. Then setup a business checking account at your bank with the Tradename certificate. When you go to signup for your merchant account, one of your parents will need to be the underwriter. You can still be on the account and have all the deposits and such go into your business checking account, but they just need to check the credit of one of your parents before they issue you a merchant account. You may need to do some checking, as some states vary.

As far as I know, there really isn't a way to get around that. You can always try getting an account at 2CO (http://www.2checkout.com/), but it's not the same as a true merchant account. Hope that helps.
