I'm not very good at promoting websites, all i seem to do is just throw my money down the drain, i've advertised through google, yahoo and many forums.

Is there a cheap way to advertise a website, if so how?

What tools are best for advertising?

How would i get listed on the search engines?

Does Link Marketing acctually work?

Which sites are best to advertise on if you have a low budget but you want the best exposure?
