If you are serious about a website then you should know that this type of request is not workable.

Many hosts over sell a server and the results is very poor.
What happens when a server is over sold.
Down time is frequent and during high traffic times sites slow down to a crawl.

The chances of a website being successful on an over sold server is slight.

I have heard stories of up to 3 weeks down time even with some very big companies.

I also heard of servers brought off line due to a hacker problem.

So the choice is simple. You can either go with a cook at the local dinner who also runs a small hosting company or you can go with a Pro that sets plans that enforces proper rules to give the best service.
