The guy is suggesting to sell the business to kids that have just finished school for the summer. How can you encourage a company to sell to a bunch of kids that are only going to be around in the summer and then throw away the business when school starts?

The age of those kids also means they have very limited liability.. They can do practically anything and not worry about the consequences. If you want your business to be with people like that, then that's your decision.. But nobody with some decent sense will sell a company to kids that will eventually close it down in a couple of months time.
