I've requested that my DNS ISP tags for two web addresses registed through surfspeedy, pending transfer, are changed but unfortunately they don't seem willing to change them to the host I've chosen?
This is the reply I've recieved form tina in billing:

I checked the enom site but couldn't find any free whys to join, and requested they change ISP tags to my host, I got another reply from same person:
Again this does not apear to be free? Is it difficult changing the ISP tags to new hosts, am I missing something?
