just wanted to add, the servers are used to distribute software updates for our products. As there are several "patch days" there will be increased demand for short periods.

Possibly we look into also using torrent clients to reduce the bandwidth usage for us, however the data transfered is our licensed software.

Please also make offers even if you only can provide one location, as we are likely trying to spread amongst different datacenters.
