We will be able to accommodate your needs. We do not limit our users on the amount of email's they send but we recommend they don't go over 1000 an hour. I'm not sure if there is a Finnish Language Pack for cPanel, but if there is I will see to it personally that it is installed for you.
I think the best plan to put you on would be our Extreme Hosting Plan as it offers the most flexibility and unrestricted features meaning that we do not limit you on the amount of MySQL databases, sub domain's, mailing lists etc you create and use.
You will also get free reseller privileges and a Dedicated IP Address which you can use for name servers or an SSL certificate.
