I'm looking for a host that can meet my needs. Right now I need a space to post projects (php/mysql) I'm working on for class, but in the future I want to actually host a website. With that in mind, I believe a plan with the following will work best:

-PHP
-MySQL
-PHPMyAdmin (not needed but would be nice)
-30mb space (easily upgradable)
-1gig b/w (easily upgradable)
-A few POP mail accounts
-Subdomains (just a few)
-Hopefully under $5 m/o (no more than $10 m/o)
