Hmmm, no replies to this topic. I recently purchased a Virtual PBX system from my Toll-Free telephone number provider, Telcan.net. I must say, I am pleasantly surprised at the abilities of the system. Although it does not currently have support for submenus, that is a feature that they are working on now, I hear. Their system, which costs only $9.95/monthly for the basic plan, is all I need. I'm sure that many other businesses would happily shell out an amount of money similar to that. It's definitely a great system and I think there is a growing market for it.
