The Support Helpdesk has not been installed yet. It will be done later today. The demo does goto PayPal because many people are interested in seeing the integration with the paid side. The free activation end looks the same with the exception that it activates the account free and provides logins. If you'd like to see a working demo of the free version, e-mail me at webmaster[at]twistedphp.com and I will install a private demo for you.
