During the Chinese New Year holiday, a reseller call me up, asking me about my web hosting services. So I gave him our pricing and other blah...blah...blah stuffs.

Later I found out that his current web hosting provider was close for holiday, no one at the office, not even a single technical personal in the office, and his clients email and web sites was down during the holiday.

I was thinking how come they still doing web hosting business, I tough web hosting business is 24/7.

Hope I can get my hands on all those customers and reseller from them.
