Childish, perhaps a little bit but he might not be that off-base. Didn't this forum start a fraud watch board? What's the difference? A person pretending to be a real business when in reality they are not a legal identity could be considered fraud. Plus, since they are not a legit business they won't get complaints sent to the BBB, etc.
I mean, I don't mind when their company goes belly-up when summer is over or they get bored or can't handle it and their customers need a reliable host to go to

Either way, anyone (regardless of age) who gives the appearance of but does not actually run a legit business according to the laws of their country/state/etc should be on that list, not just the kiddie hosts!
