The header and the logo looks cool and the design is good. There is not much of a content though except for the tutorial page. To make it more more user interactive, you can ask members to post some articles, also try to keep the forum active to attract more visitors. For getting more visitors to your site add a lot of quality content, if the content is helpful to the visitors they will keep coming back. The more the content, the more keywords you rank for and you get more targetted traffic from search engines.
