Looks like their server is back online again (10:30AM EST) still having a few ping spikes...
Thank god I have our clients cloned out on 2 boxes.... 11 hrs downtime would of killed my 99% uptime garuantee.
Their support has been ok for me. However I have never spoken to anyone when calling "Technical Support" but their "Sales" department always seems to answer.... thats a bad combo right there.... they keep selling while support keeps playing catchup.
The past few times I have emailed
support@managed.com I normally get a response within 3-4 hours. But that is only during their business hours. 8am-5pm PST. Anythingoutside of their business hours takes 6-12 hours to get a response..
