First, let me just say - I'm back!

Gordy, personally I think you could do well by offering cPanel, Plesk, Ensim, Direct Admin and even H-Sphere if you want. I know a few hosts who do offer all control panels, however you must understand that you need to know those control panels inside out so you can support your clients when they need it.
Something a client hates is going with a company who uses a control panel, and the company themselves don't even know how to use the control panel.

If you offered all the control panels, it'd be an interesting marketing scheme and could gain you a lot more sales - however, I cannot stress this enough: be sure you know the ins and outs of all the control panels you offer.
You cannot really get worse than a company offering something it doesn't even know about.
