3-6 IPs 1 for main site, 2 for namesevers, 3 for client sites)
We offer 5IPs included in the price

I would prefer to have the IPs(up to six) included with pricing.

What times are support personal online? Live chat, email, and forum 24/7 (Exc Hollidays) and telephone 10am - 9pm GMT

How do you handle downtime?
We have had a 99.9% uptime last month (We installed a new Apache version so was down for 5mins)

How do you communicate with users during downtime?
Backup Server with a forum, we will email all our users with details, or if a planned downtime 7 days before hand

Where server is located?
NAC datacenter in New Jersey, US

How long have you been in business?
4 Months

Do you have a trial period?
No

If no trial I will need a smaller account for the first month to move accounts.
