I would recommend you check out g2-hosting.com they appear to have everything you want, we helped them out with web design and by talking with these guys and doing business with them I can tell they are going places.

I spoke with Brandon and he has a very solid business plan so they will be around for the long run, there prices are not the cheapest but as I said above they are very professional in their approach and are focused on customer needs.
