I am sorry I don't quite understand your request. Do you need to translate that website from Russian into English language?
If so, then the closest thing you can use is AltaVista babelfish:
http://babelfish.altavista.com/

Pick "Translate a Web page" one, paste in the URL and it would do the trick.
