is a good choice and Enom, enom.com, is a close second. If the necessary deposits are too much, I'd suggest a reseller of either as a third choice. Reseller Club resellers probably have more latitude with deposits, but Enom does have program available that may not require a deposit if the reseller chooses to offer sign ups without deposit.
