Had a similar problem with mavrickteam.com with one of my clients who had registered subdomains to her main site through them. Lucky her main site was registered with Godaddy.com. Make sure you do not owe them any monies. Find out who they are resselling for and contact the domain name seller( icann, tucows, ect...), have receipt/invoice ready and they will assist you.
