Theres a line you have to set with your customers or else you will end up doing more work than you are getting paid for. Providing support for things like forums is just really time consuming and not something you should feel like you have to do. Offering a reasonable fee for providing assistance with such issues is something I recommend. It prevents customers from being lazy and relying on you to fix things that they should be able to handle.
